Seeking Student Correspondents for National Geographic Glimpse
National Geographic Glimpse has an unprecedented opportunity for your students to gain field experience and to build their professional resumes!
As a Glimpse correspondent, they will receive a $600 stipend, a dedicated editor, publication in National Geographic Glimpse and potential publication in other National Geographic platforms.
The Fall 2008 program will be competitively selecting a total of 15 writers, photographers and videographers. Each will receive training from the Glimpse staff before the program begins. This is a chance for your students to empower others through their stories and cultural experiences as global explorers.
The application will be ready in late May, and applications will be due on June 20, 2008. Results will be announced on July 15, 2008.
