New Twinnings Program - India/US?

I read in the Hindu Newspaper a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Guru Nanak College and Wayne State University, Michigan, USA. This most likely would be another Twinnings program- allowing students to study the first year of Master's study in India, and the second year in U.S., being rewarded a degree from the last institution studied.

I found the Wayne State University site quite easily, but not the other college's site. According to the article, Guru Nanak College is affiliated with Guru Nanak Education Society. The one I found on the net is called Guru Nanak Khalsa College affiliated with Kurukshetra. I think these are two different institutions. If someone out there sees this and has the right site, please paste it below in the comments. Thank you.
